At Your Color Style, we want you to love your seasonal palette and accessories, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. Please ensure all items are in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring that color swatches and style guides are protected from damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of generating the return label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
